I would love to have big boobs mine are small ( mine are 42 D I’m 14 ) They maybe will keep growing cause I think women don’t stop growing until there 18-25 & about the back thing I had the same problem but I started working out & my back got better maybe you just need to stretch in the mornings when you wake up or need a better bra you can go get a bra fitting at macy’s (I’ve done both & I feel much better) also if it doesn’t get better go see your doctor I hope this helped
