Why Are Most Teenagers So Stupid?

I know this may seem like a question that has many possible answers,but I just want to know yours. My brother’s friend,Zack,took a stapler,opened it,and started beating his arm with it. And this was at school,too. Then he stopped and stared at his arm for a minute,then continued beating his arm. Why are some teenagers (mostly dudes) so stupid?

  1. They are innately immature. (they aren’t adults, but they’re not children- so they view themselves as adults, but act like children)
  2. Some guys think that acting ‘tough’ or goofy impresses their friends or girls. This is a relatively cave-man like thought process that rivals the ‘Kronk like Ugga. Kronk kill tiger for Ugga.” thought process of our ancient ancestors.
  3. Teenagers love attention. They are self-centered beings, and will do just about anything to attract their friends’ focus. Whether it is by stapling one’s arm, or hogging the ball in a basketball game, or by sleeping with as many boys (or girls) as possible, teenagers will do whatever it is they can to feel validated and admired by their peers.

Eventually they grow up and realize the world does not revolve around them. :) (most do, anyways.)
