Why are guys so shallow?

How come guys only care about looks, and popularity, but never a personality? (yes I know there are some good guys out there, but not many :(.. ) it bothers me, how when you ask like for example, whos your favorite celebrity, its always megan fox, or some other ‘hot’ or ‘sexy’ girl like that. They are so stupid!!! They dont know whats really out there, they cant see past a persons outer layer.

Hey, I don’t believe you should think that all men are the same, yes there are many males that will only go for a girl for there looks, and sex, but you must always understand that in any relationships there must always be that constipate of looks, I believe that then you find Mr, right, you’ll understand truly what I am speaking about, sorry if I didn’t help.
