Why am I getting loose?

I have been with the same person for a year and a half. We have gone through periods of having lots of sex and it has waned because of some recent body changes on my end. He is the only person I have ever had sex with and the last time, I suddenly started getting loose during. I am obviously not as tight as I once was but I have never had this problem before. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how I can stop it or make it better?

It’s life and it happens- sorry. There is although one thing you can do and they are called kegel exercises or pelvic floors. You know the muscle you squeeze out when you go to the toilet? Well they are the muscles you need to work. Hold the muscle in a few seconds and then out, repeat in reps of about 20.
