Why am I experiences these symptoms?

I came off my period 3/3 and had sex 3/5-3/15, but came back on my period later that night 3/15-3/20. I had sex from 3/26-3/30. Since 3/14 I started feeling tired, and having lower back aches, light cramping, feeling thirsty, light headaches, feeling hot then I go back to normal then back to hot, bloated, moody, and using the bathroom more than I use too. Since 3/29 I started getting pains in my breast and my nipples have been sticking out but get hard here and there. I already have big breast so I cant tell if they have changed much and Im use to my breast being tender from time to time but not having pains. I went to the emergency on 3/19 and they checked me and said that nothing was wrong with me. I thought that it was from my period that had came on but these symptoms have not went away since 3/15. I normally get bad cramps and have long periods and this happens a day before my period and then go by the 3rd day of my period. For the past few days I’ve been having a white creamy discharge.I have never felt like this before. I’m wondering if this is early symptoms of my period. This is weird. I have irregular periods so Im waiting to see if it comes back on 4/20 which would mean that it’s back on track.

If you continue to have irregular periods, you may want to consider a wholesale change in the products you use. Farm-raised food, feminine beauty products, even milk all have tons of hormones in them. All of these could be culminating and throwing your body out of whack. Also, going to bed closer to sundown and minimizing your exposure to artificial light during non-daylight hours can help your body find its natural rhythm.
