Why am I always ill?

Im always ill!!, I have been since I was a baby, I catch everything thats going round!, I’ve had so much time off college I cant have any more time off, im ill right now! I have a cold! I feel so crappy and groggy!! And sick it gets me down when im ill all I wana do is stay in bed, im always at the doctors too and they cant find anything wrong with me all they said is I have a very low immune system, anyone got any ideas of what I can do to bulid my immune system up? I’ve worked with children for about 3 years so I woulda thought that would of built my immune system up but obviously hasnt!! Help!!! Any advice would be greatful!! Thanks!! Xx

First of all if you have a low immune system quit working with kids. They are a walking, taking germ factory. I’m serious. I have had 13 surgeries in the last 3 years from an accident we had. One of the first things they asked me when we had the wreck was if we had small children in the house. They didn’t want them around me for awhile because of the open wounds and my compromised immune system from the wreck. They have told me the same thing after each surgery also.

You can give your immune system a boost. Take a good multi-vitamin. Go to your local health food store and tell them what is going on. They will have a good herbal remedy for you.

you said you were amnesic… thats probably a reason why you get sick so often…

the immune system cant be built up like blocks… your white blood cells dont work properly and thats it… there is no real way of making them stronger since they cant seem to fight even the simplest of bacteria

but you can try to prevent yourself from getting sick so often… this of course should be done by first speaking to your doctor about it… he might be able to give you one or two prescriptions that could do it

take some adult vitamins. also you could expose yourself to a lot of things BY working with kids. I would just eat really healthy. my friend is a lot like you and she helps keep healthy by drinking a lot of milk and eating a lot of fruit. just try to stay away from unhealthy foods and habbits.
