wht wood I hve 2 do ,2 to have a gr8 white smile

its been 10 years since I smile showing my teeth. because there not white white can anyone tell me how I could hve a great smile.. there not that bad there just not white

There are many tooth whiteners on the high street but most are ineffective ans taste disgusting. The only way you can get noticeable results is to have them professionally whitened.

I had the same problem - my teeth were damaged from 6 years of a drug addiction and they were disgusting.

I started using Crest White Strips (they were 40 dollars), and I’m also using Whitening Tooth Paste, and Whitening Mouth Wash. It took about 3 days before I noticed a difference, and about 1 month before they were white again. I recommend them honestly. My smile is so much better now and I’m not as ashamed of my teeth anymore.
