Who thinks this is healthy?
Im 90 pounds. I havent tried to lose any weight, I eat plenty, but im so skinny, should I gain more weight?
Everyone is different. I have a 20 year old friend that’s 5’4” and under 90 pounds. If you’ve tried to gain weight/eat a lot and have not gained any, then don’t worry about it. But if you’re that concerned, see your doctor.
90 pounds? I’m in the same situation. I just weigh a little bit more and I’m 5 foot 1. lol. from 97 to 100 pounds. it keeps going around there. but yes I do recommend that you gain a little more weight if you want to. but in a healthy way. which includes snacks. eat snacks before dinner or lunch but not the kind that makes you full that you can’t eat the dinner or lunch. according to my friend in health class, this is a healthy way to gain weight. :) good luck. :)
