Who thinks 13 is young?

Your still young. Your considered a child until your 18. Even once you hit 18, you’ll still might hear old people call you a kid because to them you ARE a kid because your still young. Don’t grow up to fast - enjoy your “kid days” while you have them because trust me, the “adult world” isn’t all fun and games.

well I think just turning a teeneger yes that should be classified as a little girl. but if you are talking so much of what you can do and cant. then id say yes. but with my parents. 13 yea I could go out on dates but I know what I can do and what I cant. so im saying if you can be mature like that then your a mature little girl. but not so much a women or lady.

I think you are still a little girl, a teenager yes, but still a little girl and in the eyes of your parents will probably always be viewed as a little girl. If you are asking in reference to what your freedoms should be, that is at the discretion of your parents, in my house, a 13 year would not be allowed to go on a date, to the with a group of friends is one thing but to the movies alone with a boy absolutely not!

Thirteen is a little girl still. Fifteen- that’s not really a little girl anymore.

Hell, at this point, I think of anyone under 25 as a little kid.
