Your ex is your ex, I don’t think you can choose to be ‘un-dumped’, mate. And like angelfire says, just because the other chick made out with you, it doesn’t mean that she wants to have a relationship with you.
Where in your question did it say you had a choice? My pregnet ex who dumped me the day I found out she was pregnet (by the way its pregnant) Obviously you cant be with someone who doesnt want to be with you, so I’d say you have no other choice but to go with the other chick. Just because she made out with you, doesnt mean she wants to be with you.
