Who's responsible for a pregnancy?
There was this guy on the radio, he talked about how he didnt like condoms and so he never used them. He preferred the women to use them (I.e. the female condom) and he told them this upfront. He apparently has a lot of kids out there. Who is responsible? Just curious what people thought?
both responsible, if both know what they are doing then its theyre own fault simple as that…
If he tells a woman upfront that he has no intention of using protection, then it is now her responsibility. She can just as easily say no.
He is certainly responsible for his part if he did not ensure the other party was using protection - since he has other kids out there, he obviously failed to ensure that proper precautions were taken.
Well, he’s responsible for not using protection and for not “liking” it. But she’s responsible because she’s stupid enought to sleep with him after hearing that he doesn’t use protection.
I would say the girl more than the guy because he’s being honest with her and she’s still having sex without protection.
However he still needs to step up to the plate and take care of all those babies he makes…
He ADMITTED he doesn’t use proctection. The fact that he has children is irrelevant.
