If you just want to save them on FunAdvice, you can take them in the FA photo booth:

Then they save right into your pictures. You can save those from the internet onto your computer if you like, avoiding the software entirely. To save the photo, just click on it in your gallery and then right click, go to ‘’Save image as’’ or something along those lines, and put it on your computer. Simple pimple.

Otherwise, your webcam should have software already on your computer. It’s just a matter of finding it. I have a Toshiba laptop with a built in cam, and I simply have to go to my start menu and then a folder called ‘’Camera Assistant Software’’ and the saving program is there. I have another webcam that came with software, and it has editing options for it as well. You’ve just got to track down the software. You shouldn’t need to download anything at all.

Click the page to “upload photo via webcam” and then within the interface, select the camera (usually USB camera) as the source, and you’ll see yourself on screen.

Then give the photo a title and save.
