Who knows which one is right?

I believe in God and I believe that he created the world and everything. But sometimes I wonder, how can we Christians be so sure that we have it all right when there are so many other beliefs out there?

Answer #1

You can’t be sure. Those who learn to live with ambiguity excel in life.

Answer #2

“in no other faith is there a Savior who died and arose from the grave”

Sorry about that amblessed, but there are actually quite a few. All predating christ. That is where they got the idea from.

Answer #3

LISTEN

Either you believe in something and say,'There IS a God.'And people can blab on and on that,'What f**cking proof do you have?' you have to be sure bout WHAT you believe in.How can you believe in God if you hve doubts?Think about it.
Answer #4

In a nutshell, you don’t. Many other religions have all the same attributes as christianity; there’s no evidence that any of them are more or less valid than any other. What does that tell you about the likely truth of any one religion?

Answer #5

You cant be sure. Just have to believe your right…and Tseirpeht there are many much much older religions then Christianity…Its very young compared to some pagan religions and others.

Answer #6

Because Judaism and the Christian religion are the only ones what withstood the test of time. It predicted all of the major wars, Cyrus the great, Napoleon, Alexander and even the Iraqi war. Watch Israel soon you are going to see a smack down of astronomical proportions. I have written at great length about these things, feel free to funmail me for more.

Answer #7

It all boils down to your Faith in believing or rejecting the Bible is God’s Word - true, inspired, and infallible - in no other faith is there a Savior who died and arose from the grave - death could not hold Him…Jesus !

Answer #8

well you cant be sure because there is no proof of any god all you have is faith and faith is not proof

Answer #9

No-one knows specifically. It depends on what information you have, and what you deduce from it all, and even then, it’s only an idea.

It all boils down to your Faith in believing or rejecting the Bible is God’s Word - true, inspired, and infallible

I still don’t know how you manage to have time to answer all these questions on here amblessed- I mean, following that infallible word of ‘God’ and all that, you must have your hands full with putting homosexuals to death and stoning insolent children…

Answer #10

Nobody knows which one is right, because nobody can prove their right. All believers (with any amount of brain matter) go through doubts, and question their system of beliefs at some point or another (soul-searching). Ultimately you find reason to continue to believe, or your beliefs change, or they cease all together.

There IS no RIGHT, there is only that which FEELS right TO YOU.

Answer #11

I think christianity is the one due to the fact that I have free will and I can have a personal relationship with him. I dont need a rabi or a preist to talk to my God I dont need to go to some fancy alter to talk to him.

I have the freedom to live life how I want I am not bound by his laws although I suggest following them its my choice to follow or not. I mean I’m not required to pray towards some stupid city 5 times a day but it would be nice if you even remembered to talk to God that many times in a day.

Christianity is a religion where it is the one getting saved that has the relationship with God not anyone else just you and him.

Answer #12

I don’t have doubts. If your gonna be a b*tch about it then dont “answer” my question.
