Who knows how to make my verizon voyager to stop reading my text?

My phone reads my text like when it recieves a text it reads the persons name I want it to stop

Here is what you do, I had this phone and I hated that sucker.. Ugh, so frustrating.. You have in the settings to where it reads the text either in the alerts, or the prompts catogory.. I believe it is that last one.. So try those and if that doesn’t work, message me(:

I think you hit the CLR (clear) button on the front and than hit settings and than hit settings and than prompts os whatever.. I’m not sure but I had the same issue
