Who) I just got my period and I don't know what to do :S?

I don’t know what to do I don’t wanna tell my friends and I’m nervous to tell my mom :S. I don’t really know if it’s actually my period but It’s like brown and not liquid.

yeahh thats your period, same thing happened to be but when I told my mum she was really happy and bought all the stuff so your mum would be cool with it. and if your friends have started to, then tell them, if not, wait till maybe two of them have then tell them!

well you just started so it’s going to be like that, but you don’t have to tell your frieds this is all you and your pravicy, but tell your mom, it is important so she can help you out on this…

You don’t have to tell your friends if you don’t want to, it’s easy enough to keep it a secret, except you have to tell your mum because I’m guessing you don’t want to have to go out and buy your own tampons and sanitary towells? Tell your mum becuase once you do she can tell you about monitoring it so you know if your regular and give you the necessary things etc. okay?

Your first period can be brown or red and even some periods after that. You don’t have to tell your friends if you don’t want to. I know that when I first got mine I felt shy and wanted to keep it a secret.

I do however think that you should tell your mom. She will understand (after all she has/had hers already and probably felt the same at your age). Plus you need pads and tampons and it’s a lot more comfortable getting someone else to buy them for you the first time.
