Who has a cure for the restless?

I’ve become quite the insomniac these past few weeks, my doctor says im healthy and I dont quite know whats causing this, so does anyone have any home remedies that may help me sleep, I hate sleeping pills, and I’ve tried hot milk with no luck.

Reading, studying, stretching, doing yoga, scrapbooking, etc.

Don’t spend anytime at all before you go to bed in front of a computer or tv, that makes insomnia worse. The best thing to do is to go to bed a half an hour before bed time and just lie there. Also writing a journal can help you ged rid of anything bothering you and might help you get a good night’s rest. Oh and that added, insomnia every now and then is normal. I also get it for a few weeks every now and then, especially during stressful times.
