Who else is fed up with school?

actually orion, I have “sucked it up.” my teacher has embarrassed me in front of the class numerous times. he’s done the same with other kids too. and while we may all “do the work,” I think the highest grade in our class is a…D? C? something like that. it doesn’t matter if we study our butts off. we’ve all pretty much given up because we’re so disheartened in that particular class. seriously. when a teacher has kids in tears, then it’s time for that teacher to change. he made one girl cry twice in one day. he made a guy cry. he’s the reason why a lot of people are hating school. and in my other classes, not everyone does the work. ever heard of teacher’s pets? yeah, they can turn their work in late and it doesn’t matter. I know life’s not fair, nor do I expect it to be. but a break every now and then would be nice, or just a chance to shoot off random complaints. especially when you’re sick and running on three hours of sleep =P

I know, school sux big time, I wish I just had a fancy Butler who taught me everything with different kinds of methods, like taking me on trips to art galleries and such. I’m still in middle school, so I have a long way to go! Poor meh! jk jk…not really haha

Omg I know what you mean all my teachers think that I have nothing better to do than homework and think this is like my only class. I had to drop my math class because I was literaly getting a hour and a half of homework a night just in math.Like it’s so stupid. I also do sports so I don’t get home till around 7 or 8 then I get to do about 2-3 hours of homework a night like I really want to do homework after doing sports for like 3 hours. I alos work so I don’t have time for anything it’s so stupid and my easy subjects liek social my teacher gives me like 5 pages of worksheets a night like it’s social I could do 1 worksheet and understand the material. I think teachers need to cut their students more slack

genericusername: You are absolutely right. Teachers like that one should never teach children. He/she needs to be reported. Maybe if you all (everybody in the class) writes a letter and sign it then take it to the principal, or it might be for effective for all of you to go see the principle in person with your complaint. It woul help too if the parents could add their concerns to the principle as well. Then maybe things will change, but if you do nothing, you’ll just keep getting the same treatment. Band together and do something! It is great to take matters into your own hands, and sometimes it is the only way things will change. Please keep us informed on how it is going. God bless

Lol, I procrastinate terribly. Hence the F I have in Biology. But I say oh well. Lol, I shouldn’t but the reason is I don’t know how to do it! Just like you said, we don’t understand it and nobody else that takes the class like friends, understand it either.

Yeah I hate it when my Math teacher will assisgn a 40 question packet and then my Biology teacher will give us a packet too except he’ll even assign an in the book assignment too. I mean what the hell? How am I suppose to do all that in one night. Im not a genius. Lol. Oh I forgot, I have an English paper to finish too, on a book he gave us too read, except I never read it. Lol. It was like 200 some pages and I only made it to 72. Yeah… not to good, Im surprised I made it that far. Haha

Suck it up and just do the work, everyone else has, why should you be any different. LOL!
