Who else has this problem with firefox?

When im downloading multiple things with firefox (I normaly pause all of them except for 1 so that theres only 1 downloading at a time so its not slow) some things fail and it comes up with a thing saying soure or file cannot be read but I download it again and it works does anyone else have this problem? if so does anyone know why it does this?

yah thats like 1/2 a Mb DSL (internet speeds are advertised in bits, your d/l speeds are listed in Bites (capital B) 8 bits = 1 Bite - so divide your adversest speed by 8 to get your theoretically peak Bites per sec. EI: I have an 8 Mbit connection, which should cap out at 1MB/sec.

and no way that’s dial-up, 52kb dial up maxes out at 6.5KB/s - theoretically, I have never seen dialup go past 5KB/s when I had it) . Also, when paused in FF the d/l should use almost no bandwidth, or none at all.

anyways onto the questions, I have had issues with pausing and resuming d/l with firefox as well, and the files being corrupted when done. Firefox doesn’t always assemble the files correctly for some reason. Although the newest version of FF doesn’t seem to have as many issues. make sure you have the newest version.
And either stick to only having one file in there at a time, or just wait until they are all done.
