who Demi permanent the best way to get rid of highlights?

I used a demi permanent color to get rid of my highlights I used it twice in a 3 week period. my highlights werent that bad showing through I just hate em I didnt ask for them. I touced my roots up because they are gray and just ran it through the ends about a minute or two my question is will they show up again I mixed two equal parts of color and developer help.. my hair came out a little.

any demi perminent hair color always fades, there is no way around it. so yes they probley will show up again. I have a sad addiction of dying my hair all the time and from experience I can tell you it is much easier to just go with a perminent color if you want to get rid of highlights/grays. a perminent color dosnt wreck your hair like most people think and my mom uses it all the time on her grays =] hope that helps
