Hi im jackie. I torn my you know what during sex. I know I shouldve use more lube. But now I am terribly sore I have two very red stretchs on it and it hurts soo bad. But I want it to heal asap. Anyone have a method to make it heal faster. I enjoy sex. I’ve had this happen before but id just let it heal by its self. But is there anyway to quicken up the healing process… Please help <3

Was this your first time having sex? Or maybe the one of the first times? It’s common for women to still experience pain the second, third time and even after that of having sex.

I suggest that you WAIT for your body to heal again. There is no fast way to get it too heal. You have to give it time.

If you’ve been having sex for a while and this is the first time it has happened, I suggest you see a doctor.
