Who believes in the Bible?

Why is that you can challenge non-believers, but we cannot challenge you? If you post something on a message board, be prepared to find people who disagree.

First off this site is not a religious site. It is a discussion board. I have done nothing other than attempt to engage in discussion. I have been ridiculed for doing nothing but expressing my opinions.

You have always had the option to ignore me. I really could care less…

Well you live in the same world I live in and that world revolves around the sun. Science told us that. Do you deny that? Because the christians denied it at first and ridiculed the scientists who said it.

Lilix, are you an astrophysicist? Have you studied the theory thoroughly to come up with your hypothosis that the big bang theory is “rediculious”?

Our existence is not an accident, it is the results of millions of years of evolution. Just because something wasn’t designed by some supernatural being does not mean it happens by accident.

hey lilix, calm down. The questioner didn’t say only believers should answer this question. I answered the question as I saw fit. You can do the same, or you can rail against posters who you disagree with.

The bible is only a book of fables written by men who didn’t understand the world around them, so they made up stories to explain it.

There is no proof that the bible represents true events. In fact believing in it goes against everyhting we have actually learned about our physical world.

I believe, ignore jamahl he is just trying to agravate you, because he has nothing better to do. than come into a site he doesn;’t in and answer question about a God he doesn’t believe in, to people he doesn’t believe in. let him enjoy his pointless endeavors to unexplain something he can’t possible understand that God loves even him and gave His life for jamahl. the gift is given. its up to him to accept it.

I too, feel indignation, and righteous anger rise up within my spirit, but, I also know that God teaches us to walk in the fruit of the spirit. And when we don’t ,the world is waiting to pounce on us, and judge us.

Father God, I pray for the strength, for each Christian , myself included, that comes to this board or to any other, where people are that do not understand nor believe in you, or your word, your spirit or your power, I pray that we as your followers will be led by your spirit, and be able to resist the temptation to become angry, in the face of doubt and unbelief. We give you praise, in Jesus name. Amen.

I believe in God but not necessarily the Bible. I think that the Bible may be a representation or an interpretation of events that actually occured. I do owever believe in the crucifition and Jesus.
