Who are Christians...this is important?

If someone is not saved and they blasphmy against GOD, then they turn their life around and get saved and live holy until the day they die, do they still go to Hell?

Answer #1

All sin is sin! whether you commit blasphemy or steal.

However, the turning point is when the sinner comes before God and truly repents of their sins, Then God forgives them too, because “the old things have past away, and now you are a new creation” in Christ.

After you give your life to God wholeheartedly, God gives you the gift of salvation.

Salvation ensures that you are for God and will one day go to Heaven to be with him.

From then on, you must live a good live for God. This means not only reading His word and praying, but also winning souls for his kingdom, for this a divine command from God! God loves you very much and that’s why He wants us to see His unconditional love for us. Our goal is to also help others see this Great Love.

I hope I have helped you. Please feel free to ask me for any help!

Answer #2

God’s Word reveals that those who would be saved must not only want salvation but also cooperate with the Savior. To illustrate: Suppose that a hiker becomes lost in a wilderness. He desperately wants to find his way out. Will he perish, or will he survive? The outcome depends on the way he responds to help. Out of pride, he may refuse the help of a rescuer, or savior. On the other hand, he could humbly accept help and reach safety. In a similar way, salvation belongs to those who cooperate with mankind’s Rescuer, Jehovah God. Salvation is a gift from God, yet not all people will attain it. God’s Son, Jesus, said: “Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will.”—Matthew 7:21. Consider three important requirements for salvation that are revealed in God’s Word. (1) “By this all will know that you are my disciples, if you have love among yourselves,” Jesus told his companions. (John 13:35) Jesus’ own example of giving his life in behalf of others stressed the importance of love. Those who love others are demonstrating a quality vital for salvation. (2) “I have made your name known to them,” said Jesus in prayer to his Father. (John 17:26) Jesus knew how important God’s personal name, Jehovah, was to his Father. Jesus prayed for his Father’s name to “be sanctified.” (Matthew 6:9) Sanctifying God’s name includes knowing that name and treating it as important and holy. Like Jesus, those seeking salvation need to use God’s name. They also need to teach others about God’s name and qualities. (Matthew 28:19, 20) In fact, only those calling on God’s name will be saved.—Romans 10:13. (3) “My kingdom is no part of this world,” Jesus said to Pontius Pilate. (John 18:36) Few today demonstrate faith in God’s Kingdom, or government, of which Jesus is King. Instead, they place their trust in human institutions. By contrast, those who will be saved loyally support God’s Kingdom and teach others about how it will liberate all faithful mankind.—Matthew 4:17. please look up the cited scriptures

ofcourse though, the person who trully repented, isnt the same person as before, and is also, ACTUALLY forgiven.

only those who trully repent will be forgiven, only will repentence change a mans heart.

Answer #4

I havent studied the bible much but the way it was explained to me in church is, once you truly are sorry for the sins youve commited and you ask forgiveness for those sins then its all in the past to God, if you are being sincere then the bad doesnt matter to him its over with. I pray this helps, take His gift its free and wonderful!

Answer #5

No. The Apostle Paul is a perfect example of that. He put christians to death and was still able to be saved.

Read Acts chapter 9 in your bible.

Answer #6

According to the words of Jesus recorded in the Bible, blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is an unforgivable sin.

…seems kind of silly if you ask me.

Answer #7

Answer #8

No. As far as getting into heaven, whatever you are in the end is what matters. However, there is a system of ranking based on what you did to further His kingdom. The Bible says death is like going through the furnace. If you build wood, hay, and stubble upon Christ, after the fire that’s what your left with, burned up goods. your in heaven but your rewards will be small. But if you build with gold and jewls and precious stones, the fire will not touch it and will be left with much treasure in heaven. I hope this helped a little bit.

Answer #9

“Wherefore I say unto you, all manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.” (Matthew 12:31)

But what does it mean to blashheme against the Holy Spirit? This is simply to continually refuse the prompting of the Holy Spirit until your concience becomes dead. So if your concience keeps bothering you about something that you are doing wrong and you keep doing it till you no longer feel bad about it. it means the Holy Spirit has stopped prompting you. Which ,eans you will no longer ask for forgiveness, which means you are pretty much lost.

you you really have to repent and Ask God to help yuu to turn away from wrongs. The fact that you are asking this question means that Holy spirit is still prompting you.
