White jeans I find really go well with bright, eye-catching colors because the contrast just works out beautifully. Also, you can go with a black top for a more retro look. For just regular casual wear, I suggest just a regular, but bright, graphic T-shirt. However, the great thing about jeans is you can also play them up to go for a little more semi-formal look. For that, I might suggest a bold but dark colored top (like this: http://www.forever21.com/images/large/60845569-02.jpg) and maybe one that’s cinched at the waist. As for shoes, if the jeans are skinny, wear flats. If they’re flare, wear flip-flops.

Sneakers and white jeans wouldn’t look too flattering.

White is a neutral color. So basically everything goes as the top. As for shoes, I’d wear chuck taylors. :D Also, whatever color works, but standard is good for me.
