Is a GED equal to a high school diploma?
which one is better ged or highschool diploma? or are they equal
High School diploma is more highly thought of.
Both are legally equivalent. But it’s like getting a Bachelors Degree from M.I.T. or Harvard as opposed to getting one from an Iowa state college. There is nothing wrong with Iowa State (or where ever) College, but it is not held in as high regard. It takes a lot more to get into and thru M.I.T.
(Again, my apologies to Iowa.)
However, a GED is MUCH better than nothing.
A highschool diploma looks better to colleges and potential employers, it shows commitment, but I think they are pretty much equeal.
um depends on which one you want the most! I think that the high school diploma is better!
