Dance or gymnastics?

which one should I go for dance or gymastics? which one makes you loser more wieghtt?

Well, I’m partial to gymnastics! But both are a lot of fun and both will be good for getting in shape, maybe gymnastics would work quicker for weight loss though. Have fun!

Well see…I’m a dancer. So I automatically will say dance. But gymnastics is slightly more difficult as far a balance… & training? out of this world. But you should not choose one or the other by which make you lose weight quicker..otherwise you may lose interest. Dance is more fun to me and energizing. Are you considering Classical training?

I’ve been in both of these. Personally I would think dance would make you loose wait faster because gymnastics you just flip and streech out and dance you move around more.

gymnastics for sure.. you dont just flip and dance. gymnastics takes a lot of strength and even when you already have that strength you gain more by just being at practice and doing your routines.

If you’re doing it purely for weight loss… I’d like to think dance would have less risk of injury than gymnastics.

Dance, it works your body more meaning more weight loss plus it’s way easyer you shake your body where as when you do gymnastics it’s more traning and stretching.
