Honestly better sound, and you can play it anywhere, even in the rain or snow! the electric has that rock tone to it when the acoustic has that country tone to it, but I’ve seen people play country on electrics before, so its up to u
depends on what style of music you want the guitar for, you would probably want an electric for rock songs of almost any type, and an acoustic for country and stuff like that
