Which are the best labtops?

I need a knew labtop. I have a gateway and it sucks. I don’t have enough room on it to keep my pictures and music. I want a labtop that is lightweight and has a lot of memory on it, with wireless capablity. I travel a lot, and I like to take it with me. Could you suggest a good labtop for a college student to use?

I’ve had a HP laptop and now have a Dell. Personally I loved my HP, It was lightweight bout 100gb memory and had windows XP. I have Windows Vista on my Dell and don’t like it as much. Depends on how much you want to spend. Most computers come with wireless capability. I don’t know if you’d be into them but the mini laptops, the real small ones are meant to be really good. They were initially made to bring out to Africa doing aid work, from what I’ve heard they are really hard wearing because there aren’t many moving parts in them because there so small, and there way cheaper.

Mac! Macs are very fast, have lots of memory and are REALLY good for graphically oriented people. Plus they are super lightweight. But dont go with the Air. They took a lot of important things from them so they could make them smaller. MacBook or MacBook Pro. I have one and have had 0 problems with it. Had it for three or four months now. And my old one that I had for three or four years had 0 problems either.
