Where will I really go when I die?

What happens when you die, depends on what reality is, not on what you believe reality is.

So how do we know what reality really is? We examine the evidence and draw the most direct conclusions we can. It’s possible such an approach will be wrong, but it’s the best/only tool we have.

What does the evidence say? The evidence says that when you die. You cease to exist for all practical purposes.

Hi Friend I’ve just joined so im just finding my way round the place I came across your question first let me tell you somthing about my slef im married 47 years old have 4 kids 19.18,16,14, 24 years ago I was in jail and was on all the dope you can imagine then as I was robbing a shop God spoke to me not and autoible voice but in my spirit my mind you see thats what you are a spirit but realy the mind speaks to the spirit ,and so well what I beleive dose not matter ,think if I was rich and someone told you that but you did not beleive would it make any differance to the fact I was rich .what you need to ask is .Is it true is there such a place as Hell or heaven then you need to check it out man think about what you are saying QUES will you die ? even if you don’t beleive you will, does that matter YOU WILL DIE AND SO WILL I AND SO WILL EVERY ONE why do we know this becouse it happens ever day please my friend this is real I can tak to you more about this but I need to know you want to so if so get in touch I will check back in a couple of days

Sorry to offend anyone but how can the bible be clear when it is changed all the time? Basically as a muslim young girl speaking.. the media portrays our religion in a very negative way making us look like criminals, terrorirists etc.. What about the christian people that have committed all them. Point being.. I believe in HEAVEN & HELL. God created this world for all of us for a purpose. A purpose to worship him, and this world is a illusion and far too materialistic.. When you die you dont take your wealth, your family, your friends with you into that black hole.. (the grave).. If you have done good in this life, be sure to see heaven.. this is a proven fact in the bible also, the torah, the koran, everywhere.. There are a lot of scientists etc.. who have reverted to Islam as not 1 verse or letter has been changed since it had been revealed, its been passed down generations by generations and nothing has been changed to it.. and the scientifc facts which lie in it are proven. But yeah you will go heaven if you are a good person. Hope you find my answer useful.

I can definetly respect presleyrose’s opinion, I mean at least you’re basing youtr belief through EXPERIENCE and not from your a$$ like many people do. And yeah, many Christians are pretty judgmental/wak jobs, I can agree with that…and even though Catholic isnt much different [which is what I am] they always seem more sane to me lol. but yeah, I can respect athiests as long as they do the same, and so far on this thread I’ve been able to keep my cool unlike past threads, so thankkk you for expressing you’re beliefs in a very appropriate matter =]

so far everybody I’ve met that is a christian is a wak-job. I’m not just saying that. I used to be christian until about 2-3 monthes ago when I realized people involved in reigion to deep get to be like “u know who” and tlly go bazurk when religion comes up. I’m not judging any religion and I know it sounds horrible what I just wrote. but that’s my expirience. sorry again. I just had to put it out there… sorry

I definetly dig that you guys are being respectful. and in myopinion, I do belive in heaven and god and what not, so thats what I believe happens when you die, but if you dont then maybe you are reincarnated…or reincarnation could be Gods giving of a secong chance? lol im not sure, maybe you do just stay earthbound…who knows! we’ll find out though right? All I know is something HAS to happen when you die…it soudns wrong saying NOTHING does, even if its reincarnation or becoming a tree…lol im not sure but something has to happen.

I used to go to church but I’ve done enough praying in my life time to make me believe there is no god. So if there’s no god there’s no heaven or hell. I believe in reincarnation. I think tha if you do good on earth and make peace with yourself aswell as others you will go to a good place when you die. I have a lot of mixed feelings about death and religion. But my advice to you is to investigate Buddhism, Hinduism, Paganism, and stuff along the lines of the ancient Greeks. I think they had it down.

umm if your a christian than your spirit will go 2 heaven…if your not than you go in 2 the lake of fire with satan which takes you 2 hell…thats where you go if you dont take god as your savour…but when I die I know im going 2 heaven caus im christian…

Meh.. Its most likely like one giant dream you dont awake from. ( Also remember if you work at it and you have enough brain power you CAN control your dreams. ^.^ )
