Where to show my skill?
So lately I have decided to practice the skill of screaming, such as in the screamo genre. My family tells me I am pretty good. I recorded myself and noticed I match the same keys and tones and sound exactly like Haste The Day past lead singer Jimmy. So I was wondering… whats next? where can I show my talent, such as to other bands proving im a pretty good screamer?
umm quite simply look for a band, audition, meet up with friends who can play or are interested in learning and help them on the way and go from there. theres not enough singers, drummers and bassist around these days, but ultimatly test out how your vocals go with other bands and keep practicing till you find a band that works
