There is a rare condition where the semen is redirected back into the bladder instead of out of the urethra. You need to consult with a Urologist for evaluation if this condition continues.

wha? dont really get you but if you mean “where is your sperm?” well its probably still developing inside you. Dont worry about it. its part of pubity everyones clocks different
