Where is it to pierce your top or bottom belly button

Whats the difference between getting your top or bottom belly button pierce? 1.) For most people the top has a lip to pinch and the bottom does not… 2.) If your going to a piercer getting the bottom done would be more expensive since it’s considered a “surface piercing”.

Wheres the top and wheres the bottom? Top is the top, the upper lip, towards your face. The bottom is the bottom, the smooth part, towards your legs.

Which one you prefer? I like navel piercings all around… if your gonna get one though the top generally looks better.

Does it hurt? please rate from 1-10. I’d rate the top a 1 and the bottom a 0.5 lol it didn’t hurt me at all… but everyone has different pain tolerances.

Is it true that if you get your top belly button pierce its more likely to rip out? Uhmm I’ve had my top and one of my bottom ones almost ripped out… haha it depends on the jewelery that you wear and how thick the skin is… It’s not very likely to rip out though…

Which one looks better? top or bottom? If your gonna get 1, I’d say the top looks better, but I like the way multi-navel piercings look the best =]
