Where. Is it illeagle to grow Hemp?
I was wanting to know if it’s illeagle to grow hemp or if it’s leagle because hemp has no THC there both a type of cannibis. My friend has like 5 growing in his back yard and 2 in the front and cops see them but don’t say any thing he said it’s leagal to grow but it looks close to marijuanna.
It is practically impossible to obtain a hemp permit from the DEA. It is much easier to simply import the stuff. Thank gods the DEA doesn’t have to authorize permits for cotton too!
Technically it is not illegal to grow hemp because it has very low THC levels impossible to get high off of. It is illegal to grow hemp without a DEA permit
