Wal Mart, they actually have some pretty cute clothes now a days. (Some people are too embarrassed to shop there, but clothes are clothes, whats the differnce?) Or, theres a store called rue 21, if you don’t have one near you, shop online. I get a lot of my clothes from there. I love love love that store(:

I’d suggest looking in places like Forever 21, Urban Outfitters, Wet Seal, or even Kohls for clothes similar to hers. I don’t know about hair. You can try looking that up on Google maybe.
