when your dreaming

Hey, im casey. im wonderinq how to like fix myself. Ever since like almost 2 months ago I’ve been in a dream stage. I dont know what happened to me. But everytime I like get up I think ill did it ten minutes before I actually did it. sometimes I zone out, but im not asleep. I sometimes realize that I am awake and I just need to calm down but it doesnt help me at all. my heart starts beating fast and I get really freaked out and I cant control it. I get reall nautious from it all too. I went to a doctor but she just told me to drink a lot of water and sleep and eat, but I do all that already. when I dont think about it at all, it just pops in my mind that im dreaming. I really dont know what to do, I recently looked at the questions people had asked and the answers but I dont know nothinq has helped me. it would be great if you can get back to me to help. thanks

It could be just really heavy daydreaming. You say you sleep and such already, but how much sleep do you get on average? Most people actually don’t get enough sleep even when they think they’re doing okay, so try going to bed a little earlier. You can help yourself concentrate better by eating a really healthy breakfast in the mornings. Cereal works really well, with some type of juice.
