When would be a good time to propose to my boyfriend?

I need help!! Me and my boyfriend have been dating for a year and I want to know when would be the best time to propose to him, or is that the male’s job? I got him a ring and everything. We were planning on having a wedding, we just dont know when. He is off work today, tommorrow and the day after that.

no no wenever you feel like you are ready im 15 turnin 16 and I have a girlfriend that is 13 turnin 14 and im propsin to her as soon as she hits 18 so if you love him do it its so romantic when the girl proposes

I always felt like its the guys job to do the proposing I mean when I saw a girl do a proposal in a movie it just looked weird (not to be offensive or anything) but uhh yeah I think he should be the one doing it just what I think =)
