Even if it is winter, you should always were sunglasses outside. There are still UV rays. If there is over cast, or snow, you should wear them even more often because it reflects the rays harming your eyes.
Yeah, you can definitely use them in the winter. The sun is still present in the winter, so there’s really nothing wrong with it. :)
