ok, I know what a vasectomy is… but I have a few questions… when a man gets this procedure done, I understand that it IS reversable but I am wondering, does he still ejaculate? I know there will be no sperm.. just wondering about everything else that comes out. another thing.. what happens to the sperm INSIDE the body? I mean his body would still be ‘producing’ sperm, no? I hope my question makes sense…

Well, I have not had this done… however a really good friend of mine had it done about 8 or 9 years ago. He lost his wife, remarried and wanted to have it reversed. I know that shortly after he had it reversed, he and his new wife got pregnant. Maybe about a year or so later. They are now the proud parents of a happy baby boy.

Before he had it reversed, he still functioned normally. When the vasectomy is complete, sperm cannot exit the body through the penis. Sperm are still produced by the testicles, but they are broken down and absorbed by the body.

yes, men still ejaculate, just semen , no sperm, if it is good job,I know lots of women still get a preg with this done. it only takes one sperm to get lose, also after a men gets this procedure done ,he is not to have unprotected sex for a 6 weeks
