Everyone has their own ways. When I was 14-15 I spent almost every weekend at my best friends place, and spent a lot of time sparring with him. Body felt like hell the next day, but all my stress and mental anguish was gone. Plus at 15 I bounce back from it by the next day. Stopped when I was about 18 because we both could now seriously hurt each other without realising it :P. Music helps me too - Metallica’s Black album being my favorite :D. Hanging out with good friend(s) usually relaxes me, or at least helps me temporarily forget about my problems. We spend lots of time BS about times past and stupid stunts we have done, and complaining about the gov’t. I throw myself into hobbies sometimes too. Computer games, tinkering with my dirtbike, home improvement, tinkering with computers. This like that for me.
