Ego Means that you think your all that, and in my opinion, its not good to be, but ego is easily confused with self-confidence, which is indeed a good thing.
An ‘ego’ is basically someones self esteem. It’s not necessarily a bad thing, but if you have a ‘inflated/big ego’ it would mean that you think your more important then you actually are :)
