the first question says it all
my acne is REALLY bad
Avoid too much fried foods (fries, chips, pizza, etc) -Dont touch your hair & face too much your hands have soo many germs! -Drink up to eight glasses of water. -Dont wash your face too much! -Dont pop your pimple that could lead up to scars! -Dont mess with your pimples or they will get infected -Pimples can form from sweat so if you exercise a lot, it would be a good idea to wash your face after.
