What would you do if you found out you were dating your sibling?

I don’t know who my dad is, so sometimes I worry that one day I’ll end up dating my brother and we would end up getting married or something and I’d give birth to this mutant child… Well, I doubt it would go that far. I know the odds of something like this happening is nigh on impossible. Though, if I did find out early, my initial reactions would be shock and disbelieve followed by me spending a lot of sleepless nights sitting in the corner of my room chanting “WTF?!” to myself. Then I would probably go completely loco, cut myself off from society, escape to a deserted Island where I would spend the rest of my life and block that chapter out completely. :)
