What would you never name your child and why?

try naming your son or daughter something remotely common but also unique. Please don’t call him or her something that can be made fun of, no matter how much you like it. Personally, I hate the names Agatha, Agnes, Tabitha, Daniella, Ruth, Miranda, Shelby, and Rosalie/Rosalind. They sound like grandmother names. Same goes for Jonathan, Mickey, Billy, Gus or Dustin, or Justin. I love the name Anastasia because it can be made into many nicknames, Ana, Natashia, Sia. I also love the name Helen, Vivian, Lydia and Maryanne. Additionally, Robert Christopher, Alexander, Jimmy, and Jerry.

Because they are weird and gross names

I would call my kid Nala reason bein that its cul and different well I think its different :D

chrissa or carly. chrissa sounds like the word rat in russian and carly sounds like midget.

Rose because I wish my name was Rose :D

lauren and shelby because I absolutely hate those names and they remind me of sluts at my school

never ever would I name them after a fruit or a car!! because I have a few that are nmed after a fruit/car and they got made fun of through gr 1 - 3 :(

I would never name kid anything Jr. because thats not original and I dont want that kid to have my name because I dont want them to be anything like me.

I would never name my kids a name that could be used for a guy AND a girl, but is mostly used for one gender or the other.

reason: I had a friend named kyle, who was a girl, and a lot of people actually thought she was a guy just because of her name. also, I’ve dated a few kyles’, so now every time I’m talking about the girl kyle he thinks I’m talking about ex boyfriends and I get in trouble :P it just seems like something the kid is going to get made fun of for, which is harsh but true.

Greg. He broke my friend’s heart. Jarrett. I don’t want my kid to turn out like him. Bob. It’s kinda weird, and too common. Same with Joe, and Billy.
