awe! dont cry talk to somebd if they dont send you go on your own theyll excuse u and I cry in class everyday… just dont make scene go up to your teacher before anyone sees and tell them you want a counselor, life gets bad sometimes but remember that the next day will be better only if you help it.

I will tell you this once you talk to somebody and cry it all out you will feel more better you can call a restricted line so they wont know whom you are and you wont know whom they are. Counselors have seen lots of people cry. It really is ok. As for calling your mom, it depends on your counselor. My supervisor has strict policies on not calling in the parent unless it is a situation that includes serious harm to oneself or another, or abuse. I’d try a hypothetical situation and ask if the counselor will call in your mom.
