What will my mom like for her bday?

It depends on your mom’s age and what era she grew up in. If she is over 30 it is a bit more likely that she won’t like an iPod. If she is over 50 it is very likely she won’t like it. It also depends on how up to date your mom is. Does new technology interest her and matter to her? Or does she still send regular mail instead of emails? If technology is not important she won’t like it as much. Even if she loves music a CD would be better. Or, if she is 40 and above, a record would be even better. In the future when you see the newest technology and you are in your 40’s you will still like an iPod better because it is what you grew up with. It has all the familiarity and memories and the new technology is foreign to you. So be empathetic towards your mom if you end up buying it and she doesn’t like it. As for the surprise party… If she doesn’t like being startled or if she likes routine then she won’t like a surprise party. If she likes excitement then she will like the surprise. If she likes quiet then she might not like the party.

mmm I think she’ll love both but she will appreciate the surprize party more !! maybe you can get her the iPod on another occassion like mother’s day..but for her birthday she’ll love the surprize party idea !!
