What will my hair do?

Im a black female, and I wash my hair almost every week, let it air dry, then press it out. Afterwards, I usually keep it in a wrap when I’m around the house and when I exercise( When I exercise, my head sweats like crazy). I have been known to go weeks without letting it down. I try to get it trimmed when ever I need it, but it doesnt seem to get any longer, just thicker. What can I do to make it grow longer? Is this healthy for my hair?

crosscountrygirl28. Black people hair is way different than any other ethnicities. Black women shouldn’t wash their hair everyday, it may cause more harm than good. Once a week is indeed the best way.

Was you hair every day for a week and use Pantien ProV. And you swet so much because your hair pores are cloged up with dirt thats why your hair is not growing out . Hope it helps!

I wouldn’t worry if I was you. It seems like you have very healthy hair.Trust me, my mother is a hairstylist and my hair does the exact same thing. Try getting a perm. You will REALLY see that your hair grew. :) Hope this helps.
