well, someone I dont even know started spreadin a rumor about me. noone will tell me caz its not “school appropriate”. what do you think?

So there is a rumour about you, but nobosy has told you what it is exactly? In a lot of cases it is quite babyish, but of course it is possible that the rumour is somewhat serious. Talk to one of your friends outside of school about this and see what they will tell you. A good friend would have the good-nature to actually tell you what people are saying about you.
