no late night snacking! running and swimming are good. so are push ups. Plus, the more muscle you have the more calories you will burn so grab some weights or resistance bands and start building muscle. ( You won’t bulk up. You will get lean and burn more fat.) Drink lots of water. Eat! 3 meals 2 snacks!

the right kind of exercise is different depending on your body. I can ride an exercise bike every day for months and lose close to nothing but I can walk every day and lose tons of weight my mom on the other hand ran track and never lost a pound did the bike and lost a ton so it’s aobut finding whats right for your body and eating a healthy brekfast too

lower your sodium intake to almost zero and drink a half a gallon of green tea and half a gallon of water a day you wil drop 10 pounds in like 2 weeks and lower your calorie intake by 500 and you will loose 1 pound a week :)
