What to get weird bestfriend for birthday?

My friend is pretty wierd, in a good way! She loves random things. I dont know what to get her, she likes whales, headbands, gossip girl, the hills, leaves, trees, ducks, perez hilton, celeb gossip, high knee socks, fake eyelashes, bright things, and she loves volcom. what could I get her!? Dont care about price. Btw, my other bestfriend and I are getting her something really big together.

Sounds like my best friend! I think getting her a bunch of little things might be better, even if they are from both of you. Then she gets more and your money is better spent. Do you have a hot topic near you or time to order from a website? If so, here is what I suggest;

well you could go on the internet and buy her a star or a bit of the moon or some moon rock thay are different.and it is something to remember
