What is my ex trying to do to me?

I havent talked to my ex of a year for 3 months when he decided to call me again. I was acting all shady towards him bc I knew I still had feelings for him and that I really cared for him, yet didnt want to show it. So acouple days after we talked, I ended up seeing him at the mall. He was all flirty and saying how much he misses me and how we should hang out later that day. So then like 3 days pass by and hes telling me how I should move on and hes not worth it and that I deserve better and all of that. I told him to never call me again bc he enters my life when I try to forget about him. A week passes by and then he calles me again, but I was in school so I didnt pick up or call back. He hasnt called since . . What does this mean? He also has never added me as a friend on face book even tho we were a “ couple “ helppp?
