What to do, sad a lot?

I always have a feeling that no one cares and that im all alone. I know people care. But simple things make me cry. I’ve never been much of a cryer. I dont find it easy to talk about my feelings to anyone. Not even annonomsly. What should I do?

Don’t worry, it will be OK. :) There could be several reasons that you feel that way. Sometimes people just get overwhelmed. You could try making a list of things that make you upset or worried. If you write things down it might be easier to organize your thoughts. Beside each problem or worry, write some possibe solutions. I know it’s hard to talk to other people about how you feel, but sometimes it feels really good to just get it off your shoulders. Also you could explain the way you’re feeling to your doctor-sometimes something as simple as a change in diet and lifestyle can make you feel way better, and things like allergies (even non-so severe food allergies) can make you feel down in the dumps emotionally. In the meantime, try to keep busy, if you don’t aleady, try to find a hobby, something to do that you enjoy and that keeps you busy, even volunteer work. And as soon as something makes you sad, try talking to someone (ex. a friend) about it, try to share the way you feel and you will feel better just for doing that. Best of luck!! :)

I write it down=)… it always makes me fell better… im sarounded by people who love me.. but I still sometimes feel usless… just do what makes you happy! … dont boddle your feelings up… just try to see the good in life.. witch is really cleshay! but it really works!! trust me!

Its ok :) I fell just like you and im to shy to tell anyone even my parents. So I think what im sad about and try to think of something to get around it like

1.I get lonely have friends that arnt really friends if you know what I mean sooo I think maybe I should try to be nice and get to know this other group of people I am going to try it on Monday ooohhh im soo worried its gonna be hard! :(

Sometimes I cry at night for no reason but sometimes I listen to music or something fun to do. Maybe you could talk to a friend about it, your not the only one :P

Also, know that you are not alone! A lot of girls your age feel the same way but they hide it from everyone, they want to fit in so they act happy and smile all the time, but deep inside they are a little confused like you…I find that exercise is a great way to get distracted and release some of the tension…
